This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for the oversight and management of the dietary and food nutrition programs of the hospital, working as part of the administrative team. Responsibilities include overseeing the dietary department and providing nutritional needs of our patients and community. Highlighted Duties:

  • Education of the public on food and nutrition issues and topics
  • Provide dietary services following hospital policies while complying with state and federal guidelines
  • Evaluating potential food/drug interactions along with herb/supplement interactions
  • Serving as a resource for providers on emerging trends in nutrition for patients and the community
  • Being a part of an interdisciplinary team and communicating patients’ nutrition care plan, progress and special needs
  • Participate in developing, planning and standardizing menus and performing quality checks to ensure patients meals are following the prescribed diet and meet quality, quantity, temperature and appearance standards
  • Maintaining professional registration requirements and licensing
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual assessments of department specific metrics
  • Special projects as assigned

  • Prior experience in operating a switchboard or PBX equipment preferred

Registration Clerk/Switchboard Operator- Every other Friday & Saturday night 7p-7a & PRN


  • Prior experience working in a medical facility preferred. Experience in interacting with customers/patients in a service-oriented setting is a must. Previous data entry experience is helpful.

  • Ability to work well under pressure
